by Tim McCurdy Dress up week started off with nerd day on Monday. An army of nerds invaded the halls throughout the day. Taped glasses,
braces, suspenders, and plaid shirts were everywhere. Among those army of nerds were Hanna Davis, who looked very nerdy with her suspenders and huge classes with a pink tape, Tory Pulliam, with her white collared shirt, red tie, and black dress, and Ashley Blair, who always looks like a nerd, so today was nothing special for her. After nerd day was twin day, on Tuesday. There were twins Coach Cann and Mrs. Lowe, and even twin Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. Most people looked so much alike, only a very close look would have helped you discern who was who. The following day was Wednesday, Oldies day. People looked very humorous with canes, gray hair, afros, and head bands. Mrs. Turner joined in on the fun with long peace necklace and a flowery costume. Thursday was spirit day and a very enthusiastic day. The spirit colors for dress up week were gray for freshmen, red for sophomores, white for junior, and black for seniors. The pep rally began with the band playing and ended off with a bang. It had really good music like drop it like it’s hot and of course who can forget gangnam style. And big hand to people like Bianca Guignard who was dressed did all of the dress up days.
